Position Functions:

Arrive at work on time and in the company-specified uniform.
Provide friendly, professional service to guests, ensuring their dining needs are met.
Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area during service.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean environment throughout the meal period.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure the accuracy and quality of food served.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the dining area is safe and hygienic.
Attend safety drills and meetings as required by the ship’s command.

Position Minimum Requirements:

Fluency in conversational English with a positive, friendly attitude.
Previous experience in food service, especially in a waiter role, is an advantage.
Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests.
A passion for providing excellent service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
Physical stamina to handle long hours on your feet and move food and drink items efficiently.
