Position Functions:

Lead and motivate the photo department team to provide top-quality photography and exceptional service to guests.
Coordinate photography schedules for key shipboard events, activities, and scenic moments.
Oversee the setup and maintenance of photo galleries, ensuring efficient operations and an inviting atmosphere for guests.
Drive sales of photography packages and related products to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Ensure consistent quality control across all photographs and guest interactions.
Provide training and coaching to the photography team to maintain high service and technical standards.
Collaborate with other departments to organize and promote photography opportunities.
Resolve guest inquiries or concerns related to photography products with professionalism and efficiency.
Adhere to shipboard safety and operational protocols while managing photo equipment and facilities.

Position Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in photography, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules, team dynamics, and guest interactions effectively.
Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales or retail experience, with the ability to drive revenue through photography services.
Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom) is highly desirable.
A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail in photography and presentation.
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working onboard ships or in hospitality settings is a plus.
