As an Events & Guest Service Supervisor, you’ll take charge of coordinating and managing events while ensuring impeccable guest service. You’ll act as the link between guests and shipboard teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional experiences.

From planning special events to handling guest inquiries, your leadership will set the standard for excellence onboard. You'll oversee service delivery, foster collaboration among departments, and ensure guests leave with lasting memories.

Position Functions:

  • Plan and oversee the execution of events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with various shipboard departments to ensure seamless coordination for events and guest services.
  • Manage schedules and resources to meet the needs of planned activities while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Train and mentor guest service teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and professionalism.
  • Adhere to shipboard safety protocols and uphold the company’s standards for hospitality.
  • Maintain accurate records of events, guest feedback, and service metrics for future enhancements.

Position Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or guest service roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling, event management, or reservation systems is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
