Position Functions:

  • Manage crew recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide guidance and support to crew members regarding HR policies, benefits, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with international maritime labor regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture onboard.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
  • Address employee grievances with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
  • Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing and operational needs.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve employee engagement and retention.

Position Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality, maritime, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of discretion.
  • Knowledge of maritime labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software is desirable.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
