Position Functions:
- Manage crew recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance and support to crew members regarding HR policies, benefits, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime labor regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture onboard.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
- Address employee grievances with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing and operational needs.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve employee engagement and retention.
Position Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality, maritime, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of discretion.
- Knowledge of maritime labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software is desirable.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
