As part of the Activity Staff, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by leading a variety of entertainment and recreational activities. From organizing interactive games to hosting lively events, you’ll be at the heart of creating memories for guests.

Position Functions:

  • Lead and facilitate engaging activities such as trivia, sports tournaments, arts and crafts, and themed events for guests of all ages.
  • Collaborate with the entertainment team to design and execute fun and interactive onboard programs.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the ship.
  • Ensure activity areas are safe, organized, and properly set up for scheduled events.
  • Promote upcoming activities and encourage guest participation through announcements and interactions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the daily schedule of activities.
  • Assist with special events, themed parties, and holiday celebrations.
  • Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs and preferences of guests.
  • Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism during all interactions.
  • Adhere to shipboard safety protocols and company standards.

Position Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluency in conversational English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in entertainment, recreation, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • A lively and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible working hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Background in performing arts, hosting, or recreation management is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to participate in active events and activities.
