Position Functions:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide them with detailed information about dining and onboard services.
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations and accommodate special requests for dietary preferences or celebrations.
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, offering prompt and accurate solutions.
- Ensure a high level of organization and communication between departments to handle guest needs effectively.
- Offer personalized recommendations for dining options and onboard activities.
- Handle complaints or issues diplomatically and escalate them to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future services.
- Adhere to shipboard safety protocols and company standards at all times.
Position Minimum Requirements:
- Fluency in conversational English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-of-house roles is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in working hours.
- A warm, professional demeanor and a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Experience with reservation or booking systems is a plus but not required.
