Position Functions:

Facilitate games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and other table games with professionalism and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies to maintain a fair gaming environment.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with game rules and handling inquiries.
Accurately handle and balance cash, chips, and game outcomes as per company standards.
Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere in the casino to enhance guest experiences.
Monitor gaming activities to identify any irregularities or breaches of rules.
Support other casino staff and participate in team activities to achieve departmental goals.
Attend safety drills, training sessions, and meetings as required by ship protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring readiness for operations.

Position Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience as a Casino Dealer or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in at least two table games such as blackjack, roulette, or poker.
Fluency in conversational English and excellent communication skills.
A friendly, guest-focused attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to pass a Seafarers Medical Fitness Examination.
Commitment to upholding safety and operational protocols at all times.
