Photographer

Position Functions:

• Capture high-quality photographs of guests during various events and activities onboard.
• Provide guests with professional photography services, including portraits and candid shots.
• Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard software to ensure the best possible results.
• Maintain and organize photo equipment and studio spaces to ensure readiness for each session.
• Assist in setting up photo stations, backdrops, and props for themed events and sessions.
• Engage with guests to make them feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Promote and sell photo packages to guests, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchased products.
• Attend safety drills and meetings as required by the ship’s command and follow all company protocols.
• Work with other team members to ensure the photo department’s smooth operation and meet sales targets.

Position Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in photography or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with digital cameras and photo editing software is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and an understanding of composition and lighting.
• Fluency in conversational English to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
