Position Functions:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a positive guest experience.
Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies, including glasses, garnishes, and alcohol.
Interact with guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring prompt and efficient service.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures related to alcohol service and food handling.
Assist in managing the inventory, including tracking and ordering bar supplies.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming environment.
Attend training sessions, safety drills, and meetings as requested by supervisors.

Position Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a hospitality role is preferred.
Fluency in conversational English, with excellent communication skills and a guest-oriented attitude.
Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service techniques.
Ability to handle alcohol responsibly and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirement

Experience Level

Previous experience as a bartender is preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.

Communication Skills

Fluency in English is crucial for effective communication with guests and team members.

Mixology Knowledge

Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, with a passion for mixology.
